As you work through these stages of improving your health, each pillar has its own unique challenges. How do you travel with supplements? What to order in a restaurant when you're detoxing? How do you modify one of the exercises? We've found that each of our practice members has their own unique ways of conquering those challenges.
This month, Deb gives us some tips on how to breeze your way through Detox!
Here are two recipes that are a go-to in Deb’s busy day:
1 can Tuna in water, drained
1 carrot, shredded
1 stick of celery, chopped
¼ onion, diced
5-6 grapes, halved
Dash of Avocado Oil
Curry power to taste
Coconut Aminos to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Wrap in lettuce leaves or enjoy it on its own!
Mixed Greens as desired
1 single beet, sliced (I use Organic Ready to use from Costco)
½ Orange, peeled and diced
¼ red onion, sliced
¼ cucumber, diced
Use the Balsamic Dressing from the recipe in your book!
