What is actually happening inside the body? Typically, when we are talking about inflammation, we are speaking about the joints in the body (shoulders, elbows, knees, etc.). The stiffness you feel is caused by fluid pressure built up in the joints, caused by what are called cytokines in the blood.
The goal is to decrease the amount of cytokines found in the blood, getting to the root cause of the pain. Simply putting some sort of magic salve on the joint or taking pills will mask the symptoms, but the ACTUAL problem is only going to get worse.
What causes the cytokines to get worse? The easy, but not so simple answer…. It’s the foods that you are eating (or not eating). The sneaky chemicals or herbicides that are put in there. That is what causes the massive amount of joint pain you feel.
