Twin Oaks Health Case Study: 74 Year Old Male

We started working with a 74 year old male who came in he was borderline diabetic, he had weight loss that he couldn’t stop, like he kept losing weight. He couldn’t keep weight on; very poor sleep. And he even, you know, just appearance wise had a very like ashen and yellowish color, which is very indicated that something’s going on with the liver.

And then once we did the blood work, we did find that he had non alcoholic fatty liver syndrome and just really had poor gallbladder function. So working with him over time, he slowly started to put on weight. And by the end of his program he had when we were able to look at his blood work, he had totally reversed the liver. The liver is one of the organs that can completely regenerate itself. And that is surely what he did. His liver markers went completely in the you know, the opposite direction, which was the right direction. He was sleeping better, and he was just really excited about gaining weight. And he stated at the end of the program that Twin Oaks saved his life. He had been doctoring for a while for some of these issues. And they just were not finding a solution that was helping him and helping him put on weight and feel better. So once he started getting the proper nutrition, really removed some of those, you know, refined sugars and processed foods out of the diet, getting on some supplementation that he needed specifically. It just totally turned his whole life around and his body was able to heal because it was given the proper conditions to do the healing and needed to do. So again really cool to see somebody at 74 years old. Who kind of felt like he’d been written off by the medical world was able to just turn his life around. He’s got much more life left to live.
