Brain Fog/Brain Function

Brain Fog

Brain fog happens when you have massive amounts of inflammation in the brain that prevent your thoughts from being completed. Compare those interruptions in your brain to construction happening on a major inner state- where all the traffic is backed up and nothing is moving- that is exactly what is happening to the circuitry in your brain when you’re experiencing brain fog.

This can also be an early sign of dementia. The symptoms are the same… lack of memory, lack of focus, inability to remember names and numbers, fatigue- wanting to sleep more. The vast majority of Americans (90%+) suffer from some version of accelerated brain deterioration.

You may or may not know this, but your body is simply a reflection of your brain, and your brain a reflection of your body. What do I mean by this?? Well, if you don’t have a healthy body… you won’t have a healthy brain. However, if you do have a healthy body, your brain health will also be optimal.

So what can be done to fix your brain fog?? It will take more action than simply the daily game of Sudoku. You need to start increasing a hormone in your body called acetylcholine. This hormone regulates focus, long term memory, and short term memory. You also need to exercise. Exercise engages the frontal lobe of your brain, which is proven to decrease depression and anxiety, and will also give you a boost of energy to avoid taking that mid afternoon nap.

It’s time to start feeling better by transforming your health instead of taking more medications. To get started, click on the link below.
