3 Tips to Cause a Heart Attack

Have you ever wondered why heart disease is the number one killer of Americans?  Here’s three things that you can do if you definitely want to suffer a heart attack or a stroke!

First Thing

If we want to have a heart attack or stroke consume a lot of vegetable oils or seed oils. Look out for seed oils or vegetables such as corn oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, canola oil. All of these are highly, highly processed.

This creates massive amounts of inflammation in the blood vessels and cholesterol starts sticking to the injury.  How that works is the bad fats create a crack in the blood vessel then it creates a bleed in the artery.

The vessel will act just like a scratch on your skin, your body will create a barrier to stop the bleeding. Instead of a scab, you have a piece of cholesterol stick and cover that gap to stop the bleeding.

If your lifestyle is filled with processed foods and boxed foods on a daily or weekly basis, you’re going to have chronic inflammation inside of your blood vessels.

Slowly more and more cholesterol will build a plaque onto your blood vessel. If you want to suffer from a heart attack or stroke, I would absolutely have a massive amount of seed oils and vegetable oils in your diet.

Second Thing

I would incorporate into my lifestyle is carbohydrates, a lot of breads, bagels, chips, sandwiches, pasta, lasagna.

Here is why, wheat and grains that we eat today are completely different than they were 50, 100 years ago. They’ve modified it to have higher yields, so your body doesn’t even recognize this modified version.

What is going to happen is we are going to experience a spike in our blood sugar, which again causes damage to our blood vessels.

The chronic inflammation is going to cause chronic vasoconstriction or a tightening of the blood vessels.  This will decrease blood flow to the legs, which means you’re gonna have puffy legs at the end of the day.

Also experience brain fog ,your brain is a very bloodthirsty organ because it needs a lot of energy. Blood vessels will start constricting flow to your arms, lungs and the rest of your body.

Then your body will be stuck in the fight and flight mode because it’s in panic mode trying to get the blood flow it needs to survive. Low blood flow to your entire body will become a chronic long term problem .

Third Thing

I would recommend, if we want to have a high risk for heart attack or stroke, is to cut down on the meat , especially the healthy meat or even go vegan or vegetarian.

Actually, if I really wanted to play my cards right and have a heart attack and stroke I would have seed oils, lots of carbs and I would simply stray away from all animal proteins.

Healthy animal meat such as muscle tissue and organ meat are jam packed with fat soluble vitamins like vitamin A, D, E, and K.

These vitamins are the most potent for decreasing inflammation, improving brain power, decreasing overall inflammation, increasing energy, and sleeping through the night. These vitamins are also major players in preventing cancer.

Vegans and vegetarians tend to eat a lot of carbs and fake meat which is saturated with unhealthy fats. Many vegetarians or vegans that I see in my clinic are the most unhealthy people that I see.

Society has made it the norm to eat food that is saturated with unhealthy fats, high in carbs and high in sugar. Then it has become popular to eat less meat and the meat that we do consume is a very unhealthy animal.

Hopefully you have noticed  you should do exactly the opposite of the 3 things I listed above!!!

Here is the list of the actual to do’s!

Read the ingredients list, don’t consume anything with canola oil, soybean oil, vegetable oil, peanut oil, or any seed oils. You don’t need that kind of inflammation causing bleeds in your arteries.

Cut back drastically on your carbs. Simply take the amount of carbohydrates that you’re eating and cut it in half.  You will notice a huge difference!

Start eating some wild game meats like elk, venison, wild boar, grass fed and grass finished beef and wild caught fish are excellent sources of healthy proteins and fat soluble vitamins for your body.

They will improve the overall quality of life. I hope this was helpful. My name is Dr. Forrest Sauer and I am on a mission to help those who are tired of being fat, sick and depressed.
