Let me be the first to say “It won’t work“.
Fact 1: There are more weight loss programs than there have ever been.
Fact 2: Obesity rates have risen and will continue to rise.
Hard Truth: (Don’t read if you’re sensitive)
Nothing will change until your approach changes. You will wear the same pants. Get the same terrible night’s sleep. Secretly wonder if you have hormonal problems. Continue feeling sick and tired. UNLESS you change your approach!
That is why if you have spent the last 30, 50, 75 years working your way into Dis-ease, obesity, thyroid challenges, autoimmunity….
Do not expect an overnight miracle. The only way to get out of the mess you are in, is to change your habits. Change your lifestyle. Change your daily routines.
