Do You Suffer From Shoulder Pain?

Do you ever skip a workout because your back hurts? Do you have pain in your shoulder, your elbow or even your knee?

Shoulder pain is one of the most common challenges that my clients face when it comes to exercise.

Now, what if I told you there is a simple solution to your shoulder, upper back, or elbow pain? And that simple fix will take you less than 10 minutes a day and cost you about $3. YES, ONLY 3 bucks!!

I swear this is not a gimmick.

The most common source of pain in the “shoulder” area is actually muscle pain. The trapezius muscle is the routine offender. A painful muscle is an unhealthy muscle.

When we sit at a desk all day for work, stand on our feet with poor posture for long hours, or spend the day shivering due to cold weather…our muscles tense up. When the muscle is tense, it is not able to move freely and relax. Over time, this causes the pain you feel.

HOW DO YOU FIX IT?

Simple. Get yourself a lacrosse ball.

If you don’t have a lacrosse ball at home, you can go buy one at Walmart, Target, even Amazon for less than $3. If you have a baseball at home, this will work! (Instant savings, and now you have nothing to lose.) A tennis ball will be too soft for this exercise and will not give you the same results.

Take the highly expensive, pain relieving tool (aka cheap ball), stand up against a wall, and place the ball over the sore muscle while leaning against the wall. Then, hold that position for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Sounds easy right?

Warning: If you are like most of my clients, you have more than one painful spot. Do not be tempted to roll the ball around and move from spot to spot. It is important to hold it on one spot, until you feel the muscle relax, and the pain subside. The pain will melt away. Literally. Then, you can find a new spot, and repeat the process.

You will get MASSIVE RESULTS if you do this exercise for 10 minutes a day, for 7 days.

If you need a visual of how this exercise looks and works, check out the video below as I demonstrate how to use your knew fancy pain relieving ball.
